SBI Client Spotlight – Jamey Bryan with Bryan Legacy Services

When you first meet Jamey Bryan, you will remember his outgoing personality and sense of humor.  However, he is very serious about his work - helping corporations lead and manage more effectively. 

Jamey started his career from the ground up; working with tools as a Machinist for TVA.  Soon, he was working up the ladder in Nuclear Management. Nineteen years later, he had climbed the ladder to become a Nuclear

Corporate Executive.  During those many opportunities to work in different areas and finally running a Nuclear Plant, Jamey learned a common sense approach to communication with people at all levels in an organization.  When outside consultants were paid to come into an organization and turn their performance, Jamey saw an opportunity.

After being offered another great career chance, Jamey decided that he would try his hand at his own business.  Bryan Legacy Services is a consulting firm that partners with companies to help them manage and communicate more effectively.  From his hands on experience, Jamey could see different perspectives from all levels and what each person on those levels needs.  It was a unique solution that he was well equipped to offer. 

After moving away from the Shoals for 5-years, the Bryans moved home.  Jamey started asking peers about office space and heard about Shoals Business Incubator.  “It is not just a shared space and resources, but a shared group of individuals with a network willing to help.”  He says it was a great decision and he was glad he has found a home at the Incubator.
