The Shoals Business Incubator’s Northington Court location is designed and constructed as a flexible mixed-use business incubator. The facility is set up to accommodate businesses utilizing commercial office space and/or small to medium warehousing and creative spaces such as laboratories, etc. Office space ranges from 250 square feet for a one-person venture to 2,100 square feet for larger ventures. Other spaces for warehousing/creative spaces range from 860 square feet to 4,500 square feet. SBi’s unique cluster of space is arranged to accommodate startup businesses through multi-phases of growth.
