Eagle Pro Heating and Cooling - The New HVAC Company in Town

Bradly Talley started Eagle Pro LLC in college as a government contractor handling federal customers. In March 2019, he made the decision to go into the residential, commercial and construction side of the HVAC business with a subsidiary of Eagle Pro LLC - Eagle Pro Heating and Cooling.

In March 2020, Eagle Pro Heating and Cooling celebrated their first year in business. Then COVID-19 hit. They have started back in mid-October 2020 and want to set themselves apart from the competition.

When Eagle Pro started in the residential HVAC market, Talley did a market analysis of other similar sized companies. Many of these companies were losing their personal touch. He realized that his technicians would be in people’s home and customer service became a focus of the business. The goal is to be a polished middle tier company with a middle of the road price but high quality.

The hiring process is very important at Eagle Pro. When selecting personal, the character of the technician is rated higher than the skill set. Bradley said “Skills can be taught.” Candidates also must fit into the company culture they have created. It is a family-owned business that is looking to hire for the long-run. Talley wants his employees to feel comfortable at work and keep quality technicians.

They have implemented a plan to contact the client before visits and to follow up on the service once the job is complete. It has really made the difference to their business. The HVAC business can be known as rough around the edges - Bradley is trying to “give it a polished touch”.

I asked him what made him decide to rent office and warehouse space at the Shoals Business Incubator? Affordability - in this area, it is difficult to find affordable office and warehouse space. The SBI has given him the opportunity to grow and now he is going to be moving to a dedicated space in the summer. This is goal, when new companies start in the Shoals Business Incubator - we hope to see them have success and grow.

If you are looking for a new HVAC company focused on quality - give Eagle Pro a call!
