Reignite Alabama: A Response Competition from Alabama Launchpad

As combined innovation, small business development, and startup stakeholders throughout Alabama we wanted to let you know about a pivot Alabama Launchpad is making, and we would love your support in getting the messaging out to our small business and startup communities.  We are converting Alabama Launchpad Cycle 3 into a reverse pitch or response competition to better deal with the economic impacts of COVID-19.

Historically, Alabama Launchpad has been an open call to conceptual and early seed stage businesses to apply. As you can see in the press release, we have identified four challenge areas we would like our state’s small business/startup community to find solutions for so that we may recover faster and smarter from COVID-19’s effects. Applications will open on June 11th at 8:00 AM (CDT) and close on July 16th at 11:59 PM (CDT). You can discover more about Reignite Alabama here!!  We will have specific Rules & Regulations for this one time event and judging pods for each of the four sector challenges.
