Client Spotlight - Harold Webster at T&T Products

When you walk into the work area for T & T Products, there are boxes of “widgets” covering the floor. However, Harold Webster knows where all the components are for his business. He walks over to a box and pulls out a Tube Fitting that meshes with other hydraulic products that he supplies to a network of US Military Installations.

Harold started his company at the Shoals Business Incubator and has grown into a warehouse / logistics operations. Fortunately, SBI offers services that accommodate for growing businesses like T & T.

After 32 years at Constellium in Muscle Shoals, Harold started his second career as a logistical support business for the government. He is one of a majority of the new entrepreneurs in the United States, who are baby boomers starting s second career in life. Harold calls himself a “middle man” for the government, selling parts that will ultimately find their way onto submarines and ships for the armed forces.

Born and raised in the Shoals, Harold grew up in Cloverdale and emphatically states, “I never wanted to leave this area.” He was the first African American to play basketball for Central High School and one of the first in Northwest Alabama. You can still find him in the cheering section of high school basketball games, especially when his grandson is playing.

SBI is proud to announce Harold is the recipient of the third annual “Steve Nesbitt Innovation Award”. Harold is recognized for his innovative concepts in promoting his business, his exceptional community involvement, and overall entrepreneurial spirit.”

Congratulations Harold!
